oh i loved this, diana! i'm totally about tall-dark-handsome, too. i especially second your first two, although i would add orlando bloom (though i think he looked best as a blond elf, yikes!).
This is fun! I'm totally a sucker for guys with dark features too! I totally love Colin Firth mostly because he represents Mr. Darcy. I also love Ethan Hawke and Jeremy Northam. My runners up would include Michael Vartan, Tom Everret Scott, Scott Speedman, etc. I don't care if he can't act, but I totally love Keanu Reeves, plus he's a postnational poster boy, haha.
In terms of chefs, I think Tyler Florence and Dave Lieberman are cute!
